Public profiles

Members can create a public page with a separate display name, selected wins, photos and optional all-time cash and site-credit totals. They do not need to have won a prize to enable a profile.

Enable the feature

Go to Settings → General → Public profiles and turn on Enable public profiles. Members will see Public profile in their account. Profiles begin as private drafts; only the member can enable publication.

Turning the feature off hides public pages, images and winner-card links. Drafts are preserved. Turning it back on restores profiles still enabled by their owners, provided their accounts remain eligible and you have not suspended them.

Allow links from winner cards is a separate setting. Each member must also opt in. Their existing winner-card names are unchanged: a pseudonymous profile can therefore be connected to the name already on those cards. Linking applies to eligible cards generally, including wins not individually selected for the profile.

What members control

Members choose their handle, public name, avatar, bio, optional location and whether to show their joining month. Handles are unique on your site. Changing a handle makes the old link unavailable; old handles cannot be claimed by another member.

Under Your Wins, members can search and filter by source, prize category, date and publication state. Selection applies to the displayed page only. New wins are not added automatically. Each selected win can have a quote, up to three photos, an optional prize value and featured placement. Recorded ticket numbers always appear. Use Edit to add a quote or photos and Move Up / Move Down to order the compact win cards. Images must be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB and 20 megapixels. There is a 100-image limit per profile.

Use Profile Details to edit your profile and Your Wins to choose highlights. Once enabled, View public profile opens the published page; unpublished changes have no separate preview. An empty enabled profile says No wins shared yet.

All-time figures

Cash and site credit are separate optional totals. They include completed eligible awards recorded on your site, including wins not individually shared. New qualifying awards update the totals automatically. They are not wallet balances, profit, withdrawals or valuations of physical prizes. Unresolved choices and incomplete awards do not count. Historical records that cannot establish a monetary outcome are not estimated.

Manage profiles

Open Admin → Profiles. Search by name or handle and filter enabled, disabled, suspended or flagged profiles. Open a row to edit details, selected wins, images and content checks in a side panel.

Profile read, write and moderation permissions are separate. Editing a profile never changes account identity, tickets, prize facts, payments or the existing winner record. Administrators cannot grant publication consent on a member's behalf.

Suspend profile hides the page and media. Reinstate profile removes suspension but respects the member's enabled/disabled choice. A member cannot clear a suspension by disabling and re-enabling their profile.

Content checks

New or edited member text and images are checked asynchronously. There is no approval queue before publication. AI flags are advisory; flagged content stays public until you act.

The sidebar badge counts profiles with unresolved flags on current content. The panel shows the field or photo, its revision, check state and reason. You can dismiss a flag, remove content, edit it, suspend the profile, or retry a pending/failed check. Pending and error states do not mean content has passed. If checking is unconfigured or unavailable, its failure remains visible here. There are no moderation emails in this version.

Sharing, search and removal

Enabled public profiles can appear in search engines. Sharing supports native browser sharing and copying a link. When referrals are enabled, the owner's share link includes their referral code. Visitors can register directly from the profile; a validated referral follows browsing in the current page session. Browser-session storage is used only with marketing consent. Existing explicit codes and affiliate attribution keep precedence.

Disabling or suspending a profile returns a page-not-found response. Removing a selected win removes its profile content only. Source wins that are deleted, hidden, cancelled or reassigned stop displaying. Account archival, active self-exclusion and active account locks also hide the profile. Search engines, social platforms and people may retain copies previously downloaded.

There are no follows, badges, comments or public member directory in this version.
