Access levels

Every account on your site has one role. Customer is the default for everyone who registers; three staff roles grant access to the admin area:

  • Admin — full access to everything, including settings, role changes, admin invitations and logging in as a customer.
  • Shop Manager — day-to-day operations: entries, instant wins, wallets, ID verification decisions, winner updates, marketing and media. View-only on competitions, orders and users; no draws, invitations or settings.
  • Marketing — pages, media and marketing campaigns. View-only on users and reports.

Controls you don't have permission for are simply hidden, and the most sensitive actions (such as changing a role or viewing bank details) ask for a code from your authenticator app — see step-up authentication. For the full permission matrix, see Roles and permissions.
